After living in the Granville area most of her life, Libra moved to Claremont in 1995 where she made new friends, volunteered and joined community organizations.

The surviving family includes her daughter, Susan Parry of Claremont; a special friend, Joan Davies of Claremont; her brother, Robert Frulla of Virginia/Florida; a sister, Mary Dirga of Granville, N.Y.; sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
