Kenneth R. “Pete” Devino Sr., 64

Kenneth R. “Pete” Devino, Sr., 64, of Queensbury, passed away, surrounded by his family, on Friday, July 16, 2010, at Albany Medical Center, after a short illness.
Born on Dec. 6, 1945, he was the son of the late Kenneth W. and Irene S. (Rabtoy) Devino.
Pete was a logger in the Washington County area for many years.
He enjoyed fixing cars and the time he spent with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by two sisters, Phylis Whitney and Barbara Fiske, and a nephew, Leonard Whitney III.
Survivors include his three sons, Kenneth R. Devino Jr. and his partner, Barbara Chapman of Hudson Falls, Karl R. Devino and his partner, Ivana Custred of Stroudsburg, Pa., and Kevin R. Devino and his wife, Julie, of West Pawlet, Vt.; and their mother Marie Landon of Hudson Falls; and a daughter from another relationship, Rachel E. Calderon of Dalton, Ga.; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Dylan Devino, Renee Devino, Marie and Kevin Devino Jr. and Gaston Boisvert III; two great-grandchildren, Ameliah Grace Devino and Aubrey Marie Devino-Combs; one brother, Marvin Devino of South Glens Falls; his sisters, Nancy Armstrong and her husband, Richard, of Hartford, Mary Boucher and her husband, Bill, of Florida, his brother-in- law, Gordon Fiske of Granville; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial calling hours took place on Saturday, July 24, at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main St., Hudson Falls.
There is no funeral service scheduled and burial will be private.
Pete’s family suggests that memorial donations in his memory be made to the charity of one’s choice.
