Boy Scouts annual food drive

B oy Scout Troop 83 (sponsored by American Legion Post 83) is having its annual food collection on Dec. 4. Food collection bags will be dropped off on Nov. 27 by the scouts and will be picked up on Dec. 4 in the morning by 10 a.m.

People are asked to contribute to the local food pantry by making a food donation. If people are unable to donate food items at this time, they are asked to contact 499-9177 or 499-0297 for a food pickup. The goal is to fill the food pantry with much needed items for this holiday season.
