N ewly elected Granville Town Board member Mary Emery congratulates new Granville Town Supervisor Matt Hicks last Saturday morning at the Town Hall. The pair are flanked by Village and Town Judge Roger Forando, who administered the oath of office in front of friends and family. Hicks and Emery were elected in November to serve one-year terms in their respective positions and will have to run again in the fall of 2011 to serve a full term.
