Benefit basketball Saturday

Eight members of Team USA, including an Olympic medal-winner, will be on the court at Whitehall High School Saturday for a benefit game for local bobsledder Codie Bascue.

Doors will open at 1 p.m., and the game will start at 2 p.m. Admission is $3 or $10 for a family of four.

Railroaders’ athletic director and boys basketball coach Keith Redmond is organizing the event, which will help pay for Bascue’s training and travel expenses.
