Yvonne Helen Sabo, 86

Y vonne Helen Sabo, 86, passed away peacefully after a long illness at The Pleasant Valley Infirmary in Argyle, N.Y. on Friday, May 20, 2011.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on May 4, 1925 the daughter of John N. Sabo and Josephine J. Sabo.
She was a graduate of Whitehall Central School, Austin Beauty School. She owned and operated The Beauty Salon In Albany until 1958. She worked as a waitress in her family owned Sabo’s Diner until retirement in 1974.
She enjoyed spending time playing cards, bingo especially with her Guardian and Nephew John Dalton, Niece Gloria Dalton, she looked forward to the monthly visits of Josephine Gardner and her husband David Gardner, Great Niece Paula Elsworth and her husband Tim Elsworth, Great Great Niece Ashlegh Elsworth.
She was predeceased by her parents and her sister Gloria Josephine Dalton.
Survivors include her sister Leonore A. Baker of Englewood, Fla., her brother John J. Sabo of Stuart, Fla.
The service was private held on May 26, 2011 with the Rev. Donna Arnold, Pastor of The Trinity Episcopal Church officiating.
