Benefit raffle to be held Oct. 1

A Super Prize Raffle to benefit Danon Whiting will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1. Among the items being raffled are seven cords of firewood, one Adirondack Chair, several gift certificates, two flowering Crab trees, greens fees at Valley View Country Club, snowshoe rentals and much more.

Whiting is currently fighting cancer for the second time and proceeds will help cover medical expenses.
