Daniel Brill, 44

D aniel Thomas Brill of Wells, Vermont, 44, passed away at home with his family at his side on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011.

He was born on May 4, 1967, and grew up in Wingdale, NY. He was a graduate of Dover High School. After settling in Vermont, Daniel married the love of his life Lisa L. Brill. They were former owners of the Wells Trading Post, Wells, VT. Dan was currently the owner of Pine Hill Quality Construction. His home reflected his pleasures. He lived on a farm in the woods, with abundant hunting. Dan was also an avid fisherman. He was also had an ardent interest in Jeeps. But the true passion of his life was his family.

Dan is survived by his beloved wife Lisa and their four beautiful children: Daniel, Charlene, Hank and Kellie whom all reside, and his mother Gloria J. Masiero and her husband Aristide of Dover Plains, NY. He also leaves behind his sister Brenda Vitek and her husband William of Truthville, NY, his brother Robert A. Brill and his wife Michelle of Poultney, and a sister Bonnie Franks and her husband Steven of Dover Plains, NYDan was also blessed with 17 nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Roman Catholic Church in Fair Haven, at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 13with the Rev. Michael Flannery presiding. Burial will follow in the Mettowee Cemetery in Granville. Friend may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Dec. 12, at the Robert M King Funeral Home, 23 Church St. Granville, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, POB 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
