Pee Wee wrestling starts Monday

The Granville Town Recreation Pee Wee Wrestling program begins Jan. 23 at Granville High School. Granville head coach Steve Palmer and staff will run an 8-week introduction to wrestling program Mondays and Wednesdays with grades K-3 wrestling from 6 to 7 p.m. and grades 4-6 wrestling from 7 to 8 p.m. The program is open to all students in the Granville School District and is free of charge. Parents can sign kids up on the night of the program and sign ups will be ongoing for the duration. Kids should come ready to wrestle. To find the wrestling room go to the gymnasium doors and follow the signs upstairs. For more information contact Coach Palmer at 642-1051.
