A local man was arrested last Tuesday after he allegedly entered his ex-girlfriend’s house and destroyed a television.
Brandon L. Wilbur, 29, of Broadway, was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, in connection with the incident which occurred on Adams Street.
Police said Wilbur entered the home without permission and remained there. A dispute ensued and police allege Wilbur smashed a television.
Wilbur was arraigned in Granville Town Court and sent to Washington County Jail for lack of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
The case was handled by Whitehall Patrolman Randy Bevins.
