B argain hunters rejoice. Whitehall’s townwide yard sale is only a few weeks away.
This year’s event will be held Labor Day weekend, Sept. 1 and 2, throughout the community. The event usually features several dozen sales offering everything from kitchen appliances to sports equipment. Last year, one sale even featured a classic car.
The Whitehall Chamber of Commerce will be producing and distributing a map indicating the locations of each sale. Anyone who would like their sale included on this map is encouraged to send their address to whitehallthrives@aol.com or leave a message at 499-4435.
The map will be published a few days before the event, so the earlier you respond with your address the better.
