A Comstock man was arrested Saturday following a disturbance at a village home from which he was barred.
Police arrested Daniel Valastro, 21, after responding to a reported disturbance at a Queen Street home. Valastro was found at the home despite an order of protection which restricted him from being there.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
Valastro was arraigned in village court and sent to Washington County Jail for lack of bail or bond.
The investigation and arrest were handled by Whitehall Patrolman Richard Rizzo.
