Christmas activties at Rec. Center

T he Whitehall Rec. Center is offering a pair of holiday-inspired activities on select weekdays until Christmas.

Children will have the chance to create their own Christmas ornaments on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The program is dubbed the “12 ornaments of Christmas.” Staff members will provide all the necessary materials and instruction to create a unique ornament.

On Tuesdays, kids will be given the opportunity to make gifts for family and friends. All materials will be provided and following completion, gifts will be wrapped so they are ready to place under the tree.

Both activities are free and will begin at 4:30 p.m. on their respective days until Christmas.
