Man charged with having relations with underage girl

A local man was arrested last month after he was accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl.

Brandon M. Bakerian, 30 of Whitehall, was charged with second degree rape, a felony, following an investigation by the Whitehall Police Department and the New York State Police.

Bakerian is accused of having sex with a underage girl on a number of occasions.
