A Glens Falls man was arrested after he allegedly stole prescription medication from a School Street home.
Matthew J. Belden, 30, of Glens Falls, was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, both misdemeanors.
Police say Belden was at the School Street home of a family member when he allegedly stole a small amount of prescription medication.
Belden was processed and issued a ticket to appear in Whitehall Village Court at a later date.
