A local teen was arrested last Friday for allegedly having sexual contact with two underage girls.
Patrick B. LaPan, 18, of Potter Street was charged with second degree rape, a felony, for allegedly having sex with a 14 year old girl. He was also charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old girl.
