A rea seniors will have the chance to try Tai Chi tomorrow morning.
Marge Mohn will introduce the Chinese martial art to seniors tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. at the Senior Meal site at American Legion Post 83 on Main Street.
The session will focus on gentle movements aimed at relaxation and alleviating stress.
Immediately following Mohn’s presentation, Stephanie Ball from Washington County Cares will speak on health services, SNAP and other benefits covered by Medicare.
