Artirondacks screening Thursday at 1 p.m.

A documentary detailing the work of upstate artists will be screened for the first time later this evening.

“Artirondacks” is a feature length documentary produced by Snarky Aardvark Productions that covers the work and inspiration of artists in Upstate New York.

The film delves into each artist’s inspirations, aspirations, successes, struggles and sacrifices all while investigating why and how some people are so driven to live their art.  The film will be submitted to various festivals around the United States and Canada.

The screening is Thursday, July 25th at 6 pm in LARAC’s Lapham Gallery.    Free of charge to the public.
