Strong performances for indoor track

A number of Granville athletes performed well at the WASAREN League indoor track championship meet on Sunday.

The girls 4×200 relay team, consisting of Taylor Scribner, Hannah Jones, Emily Leavey and Molly O’Brien, won with a time of 2:00.50.

Scribner continued to place with a second in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.91 seconds and a fourth place finish in the 300-meter dash. Jones ran a season best time of 1:51.9 in the 600-meter run, earning her a fourth-place [...]
