Gina Bedore

G ina Bedore, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014 at her residence.
Gina was born on Nov. 2, 1929 in Granville, the daughter of Victor and Jeanette Mancini.
She was retired after many years of service to Verizon in Glens Falls. She was a member of the Bell Telephone Pioneers. Gina loved gardening. She enjoyed the time in nature while gardening as well as the watching and feeding the birds. She was a kind soul and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed cooking and sharing her culinary labors with family and friends. She was an active member of St. Mary’s Church in Glens Falls.
Gina was predeceased by her parents and her siblings: brothers, John and Emelio Mancini and her sisters, Mary Prehoda, Katherine Ross and Helen Collette. Survivors are her son Robert and his wife Rachel of Queensbury and their son Nate, and a daughter Annette Bedore of Glens Falls and her sons Gabe and Josh. In addition she is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am. on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at St. Mary’s Church, 23 Bulkley Ave., Granville, N.Y. with the Rev. Joseph Arockiasamy. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to High Peaks Hospice & Palliative, 79 Glenwood Ave., 2nd Fl. Queensbury, N.Y. 12804.
Arrangements were entrusted to Robert M King Funeral Home, 23 Church St., Granville, N.Y.
