Church to host music festival

O ut of the Box Worship Center will be holding a free Christian music concert at Skenesborough Parkon Saturday, Aug. 16 from 3 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
There will be four Christian bands/musicians present at the event, including The Angel Band, Nate Fiorino, Agape Blues Company, and Mike and Michelle and Bright Star.
The Graceful Dancers will also be there as well as teens from Faith Chapel Assembly of God and Granville Assembly of God who will be ministering in dance.
Please bring a friend and a folding chair. There will be bottled water available for .50 cents per bottle as well as light snacks.

Search for missing Granville man continues

Police agencies in both New York and Vermont have recently ramped up efforts in the search for Jonathan Schaff, a Granville man who went missing in January 2014. Their investigation includes scuba diving in local quarries and questioning more than 30 witnesses. Police are looking into all tips in an effort to solve the case that started nearly 3 years ago.
