The Whitehall bowling team may not have a win yet, but they’ve gotten better each match.

The Railroaders took on the undefeated Hoosick Falls Panthers last Friday and gave them a run for their money.

Ultimately the Railroaders dropped to 0-16 on the season and the Panthers advanced to 16-0, but many Railroaders had their best rounds of the season.

Adam Hayes led Whitehall with a 488, followed by John Hollister with a 431, Jacob Gosselin with a 411, and Zachary Hollister with a 399.

Whitehall was ultimately defeated 2,807-2,401, but as coach Sheri Wescott said at the beginning of the season, she is looking for the team to grow with time.

The bowlers were at Hoosick Falls last night, after this issue had already gone to press.
