Watch this space for updates on the wrestling and basketball playoffs

Today, almost as I write this, the wrestling seeding meeting is taking place. Walter Foster and Karl Palmer look pretty good for high seeds if not the tops at 135 and 215. Three other Granville wrestlers Hastings, Miller and Ehntholt also advanced and should have pretty good position; should be a good weekend for the Horde.

The boys basketball meeting is Wednesday in Saratoga, I think, I'm curious to see where Granville ends up. Class B I do believe, facing lots of teams for the Thruway corridor. I'm completely guessing and repeating guesses I've heard elsewhere when I say the  Horde are a middle of the pack seed 6-8 but hard to say coming out of the northcountry and facing Broadalbins, etc. With just four losses overall GV should get some respect at the seeding meeting, cross your fingers Horde fans.
