Art Workshops

M ANCHESTER The Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester will hold two art workshops at the end of July. “Achieving Gorgeous Color & Luminous Light” with Robert Carsten runs July 20 to Aug. 2, and “Introduction to Landscape in Watercolor” with Robert O’Brien runs from July 30 to Aug. 2.
