A RLINGTON “The God of Small Things” by Arundhati Roy, a Booker Prize Winner in England, will be discussed at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 11 in Martha Canfield Library in Arlington, as part of a series sponsored by Vermont Humanities Council.
