C ASTLETON Castleton Colonial Day House Tour will be held Saturday, August 16, featuring dozens of sites in the village, such as Thomas Royal Dake’s masterpiece, The Federated Church, where a ham dinner will be served at 5 p.m. The Highley House will be open, displaying the legendary Blue Cat Quilt. Castleton Library will hold an ice-cream social from 2 to 4 p.m. The tour runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets cost $20. For details on ticket purchase, call 802-468-5309 or 278-8150.
