Court Martial

O RWELL A second “proper” court martial of Major General Arthur St. Clair, last American commander of Mount Independence, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, sponsored by the Vermont Judicial History Society. The question of “fight or flight,” which is right, will be tried. For details, call 802-948-2000. The public event is free.
