Gyrokinesis

C AMBRIDGE Hubbard Hall will offer a free trial of a new fitness class called Gyrokinesis at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8 at the Beacon Feed Dance Studio in Cambridge, behind Hubbard Hall. Gyrokinesis includes elements of dance, yoga, swimming and tai chi and is done mainly on a stool. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The class is free but registration is required by calling 518-677-2495.
