Hot Yoga

C AMBRIDGE Hubbard Hall in Cambridge presents a yoga class entitled “Sweat & Surrender” with Elizabeth Dunn on Sunday, July 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Beacon Feed Dance Studio. This class features a slow, heat-producing 75-minute sweaty practice, then transitions to a 45-minute journey of relaxation through restorative poses. This is an all-levels class.
