H ARTFORD Registration by Aug. 26 is required to take the Hunter Safety Education Course on Sept. 3, 4 and 5 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Hartford Fish and Game Club on Route 196. Space is limited. Call Bill Pike before Aug. 26 at 632-5993 to register.
