G REENWICH Washington County Office for the Aging and NY Connects will offer a presentation on Thursday Sept. 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Greenwich Library on IEP’s and rights in Education for disabled children, as well as supports available for parents trying to navigate the system.
