F ORT EDWARD The Kingsbury/Fort Edward Senior Center will host a “SilverSneakers” Classic class on Mondays and Fridays at 9 a.m. and a “SilverSneakers” Yoga class Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living.
