TV Tuesday

M ANCHESTER The Manchester Community Library is hosting TV Tuesdays at the library. On Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 5:30 p.m. the library will screen award-winning independent TV programming from previous ITVFest years and invite the audience to interact with the creators of some of the shows.
