Our Town Questionnaire

I n February, Manchester Newspapers will publish its annual Our Town Edition. This tabloid will highlight local businesses and their hometowns.

A special emphasis this year will be the focus on the wide variety of businesses and services in our hometown area. This shop local theme will seek to enlighten our readers to all the many things they can get right here in town – without having to travel. We think our readers and your customers will be quite surprised to see what we have to offer right here in the area.

This is our biggest project of the year and we need your help to make it a success. We will be taking a photo and writing a story about participating businesses. Although we’ll try to cover all businesses that return the following questionnaire, we’ll be giving recognition to those businesses that purchase advertising space in the Our Town Edition.

Please fill out the following questionnaire as completely as possible. All of the information we use in the story or photo caption will come from this questionnaire, so please be thorough.

Please fill out this questionnaire  no later than Feb. 11, 2013. The more time you give us to work on your story or photo, the better it will be.

Before sending this form, please print a copy for your records.
