In Whitehall, there is no one named “unopposed” on the ballot. In every race for the 2009 General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 3, every seat up for grabs in the town of Whitehall has at least two people running for the position, starting at the top administrator’s job.

A man wanted for murder in Philadelphia was found when Whitehall police officer Daniel Price made a routine traffic stop early Tuesday.
