Spring is Maple Time – tapping trees has started
Matt Rathbun and crew are out in the woods on a great spring day checking lines and tapping trees to prepare for the coming maple sugar season. Rathbun says the crew will tap about 7,000 maple trees to bring to Rathbun’s Maple Sugar House in North Granville.
