The Friends of the Arts & Recreation Commission of Whitehall will meet at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 15 at the offices of the Timers Emporium, at 6-8 North Williams St. Volunteers are needed for the Bridge Theater and Cooke’s Island Art Center.
