Thelma F. Lipka, 87, of County Route 21, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at her home. Born on Feb. 9, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Earl L. Frazier and Lucy (Beckwith) Frazier Sisson. Town plans for future
The town of Whitehall prepared for 2009 at its Jan. 14 organizational meeting. Town councilman James Putorti and town clerk Julie Millett were sworn in as elected officials at the meeting. Both had been appointed to their positions earlier in the year.
