Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County will hold its fifth annual Farm Day Out on Sunday, March 10, from noon to 3 p.m. at Matt’s Maple Madness Sugar Operation at 25 Quaker Road in Johnsonville.

On the farm, visitors will be able to tour the sugar house, experience a tractor ride to the sugar bush, learn about sugar bush wildlife, sample sugar maple products, wood processing activities, visit local agricultural vendors and learn more about where food and fiber comes from.

The public can also enjoy a variety of agriculture-related displays and activities.
