Manchester Community Library will host the JuniorMakers Club on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. for a program onfrozen things. Participants in kindergarten through grade 6 will discoverthe different forms of liquid by creating their own snow, building an icecastle and making ice grow. Registration is required.
